Houston White Head Football Coach/Offensive Coordinator
Coach White enters his first year as the head coach of the Wildcats.
He has spent the last five years coaching in Dallas, Tx as the Defensive Coordinator
at 5A Lake Highlands High School and Assistant Head Coach/Offensive Coordinator
at Bishop Lynch High School. Previously, Coach White was the head coach at Notre
Dame High School and an assistant coach at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga
and the University of Alabama at Birmingham working with the Defensive Backs. An
East Ridge graduate, White lettered in four sports during his high school athletic
career. He continued his playing days as a defensive back at the University of Alabama
at Birmingham. Coach White has a B.S. degree in Sports Administration. His wife,
Jennifer, is a fourth grade teacher at Hixson Elementary and they have a four year
old son Kyle.

Brian Bray Assistant Football Coach/Offensive Line
Coach Bray begins his sixth year at Hixson High School. Bray has assisted
on the football field while leading the Wildcat Baseball program. Coach Bray was
the offensive coordinator on Coach White’s staff at Notre Dame. He spent eight years
at his alma mater in Many, LA at Many High School as an assistant football coach
and Head Baseball Coach. Coach Bray is married to Abby and they have two daughters,
Madelyn and Lauren, who is a standout athlete for the Wildcats.

Daniel Hearn Assistant Football Coach/Head J.V./Wide Receivers
Former East Ridge standout, Daniel Hearn, enters his third season teaching
and coaching at Hixson High School. Coach Hearn was a three sport letterman at East
Ridge and graduated from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a B.S.
in Education. Coach Hearn is married to Amy and has a step-son Will.

Ian Hearn Assistant Football Coach/Defensive Ends
First year coach and brother of Wide Receiver Coach Daniel, Ian Hearn
will be handling the duty of coaching the Defensive Ends. Ian, an East Ridge graduate,
was a standout Defensive End for the Pioneers. Coach Hearn has a degree in Business
Management from Tennessee Tech.

Charles Weems Assistant Head Coach/Defensive Coordinator
Coach Weems brings a great deal of experience as the Wildcats’ new Defensive
Coordinator. Weems comes to Chattanooga from Florida where he was the head coach
at South Lake High School from 2000-2006 being named Coach of the Year twice. Coach
Weems spent the previous eight years coaching in the college ranks with stops at
Cumberland University, Union College, and Kentucky Wesleyan College. He has been
Defensive Coordinator, Special Teams Coordinator and a Running Backs coach along
the way. Coach Weems enjoyed a stellar playing career at Glenville State College
after graduating from Greenville High School. He has a B.A. in History and a M.A.
in Education. Coach Weems and his wife Kelli have two daughters, Courtney and Haley.

David Haynes Assistant Football Coach/Running Backs
Former Hixson graduate, David Haynes returns to his alma mater to assist
on the gridiron. A prep Baseball standout, Coach Haynes continued his career at
Bryan College where he received a B.A. in history. Haynes currently teaches seventh
grade Geography at Hixson Middle School.

Garrick Hall Assistant Football Coach/Defensive Line
Coach Hall begins his third year in charge of the Defensive Line. No
stranger to Hixson athletics, Hall lettered in Football, Wrestling, and Track for
the Wildcats. He was the Head Football Coach at Hixson Middle from 2001-2005. Coach
Hall also spends plenty of time on the mats as the Head Wrestling Coach. He received
a B.S. in Education from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Masters
from Tennessee Tech University. Coach Hall and his wife Mary Pat have three sons
Drew and Luke Lewis and Gabe Hall.
